Dan Potter Tennis

Coaching at the Hamilton Tennis Academy and at satellite venues across Leicestershire is run by Dan Potter and his team.

They offer a coaching programme for all standards and ages.

Qualifications:
LTA Level 3, PTR Level 4, LTA Accredited +, LTA, NVQ, DBS, Safeguarding, First Aid and LTA
insured.

About:
Dan Potter is a tennis teaching professional with over 10 years coaching experience and 25 years playing experience and as a Junior played County Tennis.

Dan has coached players of all abilities from club to county level. He has worked with many clubs in the region and supported the LTA in the development of club tennis in local communities. His player performance programmes has also enable many juniors to reach their full potential. Dan has also introduced and delivered tennis programmes to many state and independent schools around the Midlands.

Other past experiences include working in the US to help lead tennis programmes for children in Massachusetts Summer camps. Dan also worked in Cairns Australia to enhance development of talented juniors in the local area.

Over recent years, Dan has been heavily involved in the development of junior and senior club tennis. His work has enabled Oakham Tennis Club to become one of the top coaching set-ups in Rutland & Leicestershire.

Dan’s objective at is to provide an enjoyable and positive learning environment for all levels. He aims to maintain a high-competitive but fun standard at the club. Where players want it, Dan will strive to motivate and guide ambitious players to their highest level.

I take my children for lessons with Libby. She is a brilliant coach, always patient with the kids, and always fun and inspiring. It's the one activity that they never complain about going to.

As a member of the Hamilton Tennis club is a wonderful club to be part of. The tennis is vibrant... the courts are well used and there is a nice mix of competitive tennis or more casual tennis. One of the great benefits is that the club is also a social club so there is a bar and food available and a nice buzz about the place. The members are really nice people too!

Attended a party for my family and it was very good, food was very yummy and atmosphere was great too 👍🏻 Also if you play Pokémon go, there’s a pokestop at this venue which is a plus.

Attended a funeral wake so facilities were fitting for needs of the occasion. Staff were helpful and welcoming bar well stocked an buffet lovely and well presented although limited for anyone with allergies ie gluten or onions.
