About Us

The Hamilton is a vibrant tennis & social club located in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire and has been established and active in the community since 1923. It has an excellent mix of six tennis courts, comprising of three savannah and three hard courts, all of which are floodlit. There is a licensed clubhouse on site with great facilities that overlook the tennis courts.
The Hamilton is a membership based club with competitions and social matches. There is a strong social component to the clubhouse and members have access to a fully licensed bar and other amenities such as dart boards and pool tables. There are large screens for showing sporting events. The club also boasts a great function room for hire which caters for birthdays, receptions and other events.

Sponsorship Options

1: Executive Club Sponsor

  • 5 x Full memberships for the life of the sponsorship.
  • 5 x Half price family memberships.
  • 2 x Courtside printed banners 8ft x 3ft visible across all 6 courts.
  • Banner advertising with links to the sponsors landing pages on The Hamilton’s website and emails.
  • Prominent advertising links on all social media platforms.
  • Annual Hamilton Tennis competition in sponsors name with sponsor name on Trophy and associated media releases.
  • Club noticeboard sponsorship advertising.
  • Inclusion in rolling advertising on the TV screens in the clubhouse when the TVs are not in use for sport or during reserved functions.
  • Company open day – free tennis for your staff (across 3 courts) on one day a year, including the use of the social club for an event.

2: Court Sponsor

  • Promotional advertising on a specific court (visible from inside and outside of the court).
  • Includes supply of two 2’ x 2’ advertising boards per court.
  • Link from The Hamilton’s website to the sponsors website.
  • Inclusion in rolling advertising on the TV screens in the clubhouse when the TVs are not in use for sport or during reserved functions.

3: Junior Competition Sponsor

  • 1 x Courtside advertising banner (8’ x 3’) (provided) during week long Junior Competition and 1 month before & 1 week after the event.
  • Social media links 2 weeks before & 1 week after the event.
  • Media releases for competition will include sponsorship reference.
  • Inclusion in rolling advertising on the TV screens in the clubhouse when the TVs are not in use for sport or during reserved functions.

4: Clubhouse Sponsor

As a sponsor of a single (or multiple) club house events you will receive;

  • Advertising on each table and in public areas (flyers and business cards to be provided by the sponsor).
  • Social media and website links to your business on our website and on all advertising for the event.
